2010 Junior Play Dates and Tournaments
Tee Town provides a complete program for juniors including traditional instruction, competition and on course instruction with coaching. Play dates are for the purpose of teaching course management skills and are an important part of overall student growth. Juniors will play in groups of three or four with an instructor.
For tournaments players are grouped based on ability and not age. Most kids will start in the 5-hole division and must qualify to play 9 or 18 holes. To qualify for 9-holes you must score 25 or better. To qualify for advanced 9-holes you must score 49 or better. To qualify for 18 holes you must score under 40 for 9-holes. The girls must score under 45 to qualify for 18-holes
- Open to all Tee Town junior golfers who pass an initial skills test.
- New golfers who have not played before
- They do require adult supervision and we encourage parents to caddy.
- There will be three divisions: 5-holes, 9-holes, and 18-holes.
- Entry fee is $20 for most events, depending on venue.
- Trophies awarded to the winners
